LESS GUESSING, MORE SPACE
Your calendar needs breathing room.
A few short meetings can split a whole day. See the time they take, the gaps they leave, and the stretches you could protect.

Shape your week
The gaps matter too
Add meetings or use the quick builder for a selected day. We merge overlapping time, add your chosen transition buffer, and count each uninterrupted gap once. A 120-minute gap counts as one block of at least 60 minutes and one of at least 90 minutes.
Only the values needed to calculate your plan go to Helibrain's test service. No calendar connection, names or event titles are needed.
The thinking behind this tool
Interruptions and switching tasks can carry costs, but the size depends on the work and context. This tool shows calendar time unavailable for your selected block length. It doesn't assign a mental recovery penalty or a money value to meetings.
