GAME NIGHT, WITH A GENTLER LANDING
One more round. Still room for sleep.
Keep the fun. Make room for tomorrow. See what your last round leaves for winding down and getting to bed.

Your game night
Time in bed is an opportunity
The plan starts winding down when your game ends, then leaves the rest of the window for bed. It can't predict when you'll fall asleep or how well you'll sleep. This is an adult planning tool; change the target to fit your own needs.
Only the values needed to calculate your plan go to Helibrain's test service. No calendar connection, names or event titles are needed.
The thinking behind this tool
CDC recommends at least 7 hours for adults aged 18–60 and avoiding caffeine in the afternoon or evening. EFSA reports a broad 2–8 hour adult caffeine half-life. The range here illustrates that variability; it is not a measured caffeine level or a safety limit.
