A small plan, grounded in research

Sleep supports memory processes after learning; being rested also matters for learning new material. This planner reserves a sleep opportunity before every day of the week, including after study days. It does not guarantee that you will fall asleep at the suggested bedtime.

Sleep recommendations come from CDC age groups. Choose your usual need within that guidance. The planner will not reduce your target to make an overloaded day fit. Available study time is an upper bound after your commitments and personal-time allowance, not a recommendation to study every free minute.

A few useful answers

What about an early exam?

The wake time leaves room for preparation and travel before the first commitment. The bedtime on the preceding date protects your chosen sleep opportunity. Avoid a last-minute all-nighter to make the timetable fit.

Can I add classes?

Yes. Add each class with its date and start and end times. Travel is reserved before and after every commitment. Adjust it if your timetable has back-to-back classes at the same place.

What does an overloaded day mean?

Your requested study time does not fit, commitments overlap, or a commitment intrudes on sleep. Move some study, reduce its scope or change a commitment. Sleep is not silently shortened.
