A CLEARER VIEW OF YOUR WEEK
Make space for work that needs space.
Your week has edges. Put the meetings, travel and small tasks inside them, then see where a longer stretch of thinking could fit.

Shape your week
A time budget, with breathing room
Add only commitments that use your chosen work window. Overlaps count once. Your daily reserve is taken from the last available time for breaks, lunch and surprises. Available blocks show capacity; they don't promise that every minute will be focused.
Only the values needed to calculate your plan go to Helibrain's test service. No calendar connection, names or event titles are needed.
The thinking behind this tool
Rubinstein and colleagues found task-switching costs in controlled experiments. Mark and colleagues found that interrupted participants worked faster, with greater stress and effort. Neither study supplies a universal number of minutes to subtract from your day.
